Apparently, Rep. Workman has bill that even he acknowledges won’t pass to buy out the PPP on the 130 tollway for $3 billion.
Of course, this won’t work and we’re left wondering WHY THE HELL HE DIDN’T OFFER THIS AS THE SOLUTION? It actually could work…which, we assume, is why the Republican Workman doesn’t like it.
