United is about to begin non-stop service from Cleveland to Austin. Sadly, this will remove the last obstacle keeping the people of Cleveland in Cleveland.
No apology was immediately available from United. However, knowing them as I do (not to mention their surly flight crews), I think this move is completely intentional and meant to be just as evil as one might think.
