Apparently, the long term drought has hit Wichita Falls pretty hard. They have some ideas that might work to alleviate it, but there is a big obstacle in the way… Rep. Thornberry and his fellow teabaggers who want to cut ALL federal spending, even that which would bring more reliable water supplies to the parched areas of Texas.
